Our Team

Nathan Caudill hails from Topmost, Kentucky here I Knott County. Nathan is a hometown graduate of Knott County Central High School and an alum of Hazard Community and Technical College. He is engaged to his high school sweetheart, Carley Johnson.

Nathan found his way to Hindman Settlement School by chance, joining the staff years ago as a what he refers to as a “summer hustle”. However, since Nathan is passionate about helping people, he grew to love Hindman Settlement School and wanted be around the good people who work here.

When Nathan isn’t working, he likes to hunt, fish, and ride his ATV. He also enjoys watching racing and listening to Shinedown. However, what Nathan loves more than anything is the simple life and not having to worry about the world outside.
