Summer Program

Hindman Settlement School will be hosting its 45th annual Summer Tutoring Program for children with dyslexia and learning differences. Our Summer School program is an intensive, five-week program that occurs on campus and virtually. Each day students receive 2 hours of individualized reading intervention, two hours of small-group math instruction, two hours of writing and keyboarding, and daily arts activities.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a student’s face light up when they start connecting the dots. As a tutor, you provide one-on-one support for students, while they build the skills they need to succeed – in the classroom, and for a lifetime.

Summer School will begin June 15 and end on July 17. Tutor training may begin as early as June 1st.
