An immersive three-day experience in Appalachian culture to connect youth to their Appalachian identity, encourage self-expression, foster communication skills, and build confidence through competence with specific focus in Photography and Creative Writing

Monday-Wednesday (July 13th-16th)

9:30AM – Arrival and Warm Up Activity

10:00-11:30 – Block #1 Photography or Creative Writing Tracks

12:00-1:00 – Lunch & Foodways Activity

1:30-3:00 – Block #2 Photography or Creative Writing Tracks

3:30-4:00 – Appalachian Film Watching & Activity

4:00PM-Pick Up

Thursday July 17th
